Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end production of products.
Manage daily production activities and ensure quality control.
Coordinate closely with local farmers and women s groups.
Conduct training on product preparation, quality standards, hygiene, and packaging.
Handle coordination between farmers, women s groups, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support process improvement and adherence to organic standards.

Mandatory Skills:
Experience in food processing, organic products, and rural livelihood projects.




Robust coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with community groups.
Willingness to be based in Belagavi.

Preferred Skills:
End-to-end production management experience.
Experience working with farmers and women s groups.
Knowledge of organic standards and process improvement.

Qualification
Fresher s with exposure to social work, NGOs, or CSR activities.
Solid understanding of CSR concepts, principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with social issues, community development, and environmental sustainability.
Passion for social causes and commitment to making a positive impact.
