Role & responsibilities
Train Growth Managers, Growth Executives, Giants, Store Captains, and Store Champs on sales, operations, and customer engagement.
Coach Growth teams and Giants on day-to-day store operations and execution.
Train Giants on sales skills and operational efficiency.
Coach teams on consumer interaction, in-store communication, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
Train staff on upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques.
Conceptualize and execute Rewards & Recognition initiatives to motivate teams.
Train teams on end-to-end store processes and SOPs, from store opening to closing.
Guide teams on day-to-day retail workflows and execution standards.
Drive floor-level execution of sales strategies.
Monitor implementation of promotions and campaigns in stores.
Improve conversion rates and AOV through effective sales practices.
Train teams on inventory management, product display, price communication, and stock availability.




Improve the in-store customer experience and train teams on objection handling and closing sales.
Ensure consistent customer service standards across stores.
Support consumer engagement initiatives to strengthen Giantconsumer/community bonding.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with hands-on retail/store-floor experience.
Robust understanding of end-to-end retail operations.
Experience in sales training, coaching, or team development.
Solid customer interaction and selling skills.
Proven understanding of upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling.
Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and store processes.
Passion for training people and improving team performance.
Comfortable with on-ground travel across stores.
Robust Kannada communication skills.
