Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer-reported network/security issues.
Troubleshoot and diagnose firewall and system-related issues.
Hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto, Fortigate and/or Fortinet firewalls.
Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues.




Ensure SLA adherence and proactively monitor issues.
Work in a fast-paced, high-availability 24x7 environment.
Stay updated with the latest technologies in Network Security.
