Skills
Handle procurement of project-related items including solar modules, electrical & civil components, structural materials, and third-party services.
Float RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize procurement decisions in coordination with technical teams.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing, payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions.
Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs), monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely dispatches as per site requirements.
Coordinate closely with planning, engineering, site execution, logistics, and finance teams for smooth procurement operations.




Maintain procurement trackers, vendor performance records, and project-wise procurement reports.
Identify and onboard current vendors, conduct capability assessments, and build long-term strategic supplier relationships.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance with internal processes, and support procurement audits.
Explore cost-saving prospects through alternate sourcing and value engineering inputs.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce / engineering / supply chain

Experience

4– 7 Years

Preferred Sector:

Wind,BESS, Renewable Energy Experience Preferable
