Manage the branchs daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Support sales efforts to achieve business targets and identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or finance.
Solid knowledge of branch operations, sales, and customer service principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with sales management and team development is an added advantage.
