Role & responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of EPC projects from piling, RCC structure, finishing, MEP, external development to handover.
Implement and optimize Aluminum Formwork (Mivan) technology to ensure speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness in high-rise/residential construction.
Oversee piling operations, RCC structures, and finishing activities to ensure alignment with design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and proactive mitigation of delays.
Ensure cost control and budget adherence through productive resource planning and tracking project expenses.




Drive quality assurance and safety compliance across all project activities, in line with ISO/ standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies to ensure timely approvals, inspections, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring performance, compliance, and productivity.
Lead, mentor, and motivate large site teams, including project engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, progress updates, and risk assessments for top management.
