OneAlpha Ventures Limited is a rising force in Indias Industrial and Logistics Infrastructure sector, specializing in the creation of worldclass Industrial Parks, Warehouses, Villas, and Flats. With rapid expansion underway, we are seeking dynamic and visionary Marketing Executives to drive growth and strengthen our Residential Projects (Flats & Villas).

Key Responsibilities

He/she is fully responsible for Systematic followup and lead generation through multiple channels (digital, offline, referrals), Identify, pursue, and convert current business opportunities in residential projects.

Meet and engage with residential clients, corporate houses, and investors to promote offerings and develop and maintain robust client relationships to ensure repeat business and longterm partnerships. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients.

Candidate Profile





Graduate or MBA (Marketing) qualification having 3 to5 years experience in the residential real estate industry (flats, villas, highrise buildings).

Age group: 22–30 years. Having excellent communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi ,willingness to travel Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business expansion.

Energetic, selfmotivated, and a gogetter attitude with a passion for sales and ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented setting.

Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.
