Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Sales & CRM to drive B2B sales and business development for our payroll management and HR outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business for 3rd party payroll as well as payroll management leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking and corporate outreach.
Identify prospective clients and develop current business prospects.
Understand client requirements and present payroll management, statutory compliance, 3rd party payroll and HR outsourcing solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closure.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients of Payroll & FM.
Prepare regular sales reports and track leads, opportunities and conversions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
