Role & responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel campaigns (digital, social, CRM, web, app, WhatsApp/SMS) for semaglutide targeting both HCPs and patients.
Own the patient engagement journey awareness, education, adherence support across emerging market geographies.
Manage media planning, budget allocation, and vendor/agency relationships for digital execution.
Localize global campaign frameworks for emerging market nuances (language, cultural, regulatory, digital maturity).
Track competitor digital activity and share-of-voice across emerging markets, translating insights into actionable recommendations to define global digital marketing strategy.
Ensure all content and campaigns comply with pharma marketing codes (local regulatory bodies, off-label restrictions, HCP interaction guidelines).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Medical, Regulatory, and Sales teams & Country/HO digital agencies




Stay current on diabetes/obesity category trends and competitor digital strategies in assigned markets.

Preferred candidate profile
5+ years in digital marketing, with pharma/healthcare B2C experience mandatory.
Proven experience running omnichannel campaigns (not single-channel execution).
Prior exposure to HCP engagement platforms and patient support program digital tools.
Working knowledge of pharma compliance/regulatory frameworks in emerging markets.
Experience managing agencies, media budgets, and multi-market campaign rollouts.
Robust analytical skills comfortable with campaign dashboards, GA Campaign data, ROI metrics.
Experience specifically in cardio-metabolic, diabetes, or obesity therapy areas is a robust plus (semaglutide/GLP-1 exposure ideal).
