Role & responsibilities

Act as on-ground representative in Saudi Arabia, visiting hospitals directly to open new relationships, convert them into signed nurse-supply contracts, and manage those accounts through onboarding and delivery. This is a field-heavy, relationship-driven role success is measured in signed hospital contracts, not just meetings booked.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and map target hospitals and hospital groups across Saudi Arabia (public and private) with nurse hiring needs from overseas corridors.
Conduct in-person visits to hospital HR, CNO/Nursing Directors, and procurement/BD teams to pitch sourcing capability (India, Uzbekistan, Brazil corridors).
Own the deal cycle end-to-end: first meeting proposal commercial negotiation contract signature.
Coordinate with India-based GCC team on candidate availability, sourcing timelines, and credentialing requirements (DataFlow, Prometric, SCFHS) to give hospitals accurate delivery commitments.
Maintain a live pipeline of hospital leads, meeting notes, and contract status, shared weekly with the GCC Lead.




Represent at relevant healthcare, HR, and staffing events / conferences in the Kingdom.
Support renewal and expansion conversations with hospitals already under contract.

Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of business development or key account management experience in healthcare staffing, manpower/recruitment services, or medical workforce solutions in Saudi Arabia.
Existing relationships with hospital HR, procurement, or nursing leadership in KSA are a strong plus.
Comfortable with a high-travel, field-first role this is not a desk-based BD function.
Understanding of overseas nurse recruitment, credentialing processes, or manpower licensing in Saudi Arabia is a robust plus (DataFlow, Prometric, SCFHS, Ministry of Labour requirements).
Fluent Arabic and skilled English; solid in-person relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Self-driven and comfortable working with a remote (India-based) reporting line and coordination team
