We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Learning Support Teacher to support primary students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and small-group learning support.
Identify and address students' learning needs.
Plan age-appropriate activities and learning interventions.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to support inclusive learning.
Monitor student progress and maintain records.
Communicate with parents and coordinators regarding student development.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's / Master's in Special Education, Psychology, Education or a related field.
B.Ed. / Diploma in Special Education preferred.
Required Skills:
Patience, empathy and a genuine interest in working with children.
Positive communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of diverse learning needs.
Creative and student-centred approach to teaching.
