Role & responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits and direct parent interaction.
Visit stalls, day-care centres, malls, apartment societies, residential communities, and other relevant locations to generate potential leads.
Interact with parents and understand their requirements regarding their child's education.
Explain the school's facilities, curriculum, programs, and admission process to prospective parents.
Make outbound calls and follow up with interested parents.
Schedule and coordinate school visits and counselling sessions.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents.
Handle parent queries and objections professionally.
Work towards achieving monthly admission and lead-generation targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with the admissions and school teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Participate in school events,



promotional activities, stalls, seminars, and local marketing activities.
Identify current opportunities and potential areas for lead generation within the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with field sales and frequent local travel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Presentable and confident while interacting with parents.
Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and CRM tools.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with experience in field sales, B2C sales, education sales, admissions, counselling, or business development will be preferred
