We are looking for energetic and experienced Zonal Sales Managers to drive the growth of a CNS pharmaceutical portfolio across the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities
Drive achievement of zonal sales and business targets for the CNS portfolio.
Lead, motivate and develop the field sales team to deliver consistent performance.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and territory plans.
Build strong relationships with key doctors, healthcare professionals and distributors.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and product movement.
Conduct regular field visits and coach team members to improve productivity.
Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
Manage distributors,
stock availability and territory-wise business performance.
Prepare regular sales reviews and provide market inputs to senior management.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with 8–15 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience in CNS / Neuropsychiatry / Neurology is preferred.
Prior experience managing a large geography and field sales team.
Solid exposure to doctor engagement, prescription generation and distributor management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing teams.
Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills.
East Zone: Candidate should be based in Kolkata and will be responsible for Kolkata, Bihar and Odisha.
