Role & responsibilities
Supervise civil construction and site execution activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
Monitor quality, quantity and progress of work.
Check measurements and maintain site documentation.
Coordinate material requirements and site activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project records.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
26 years of relevant civil construction experience.
Road, highway or infrastructure experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of site execution, measurements and drawings.
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.
