Role & responsibilities
Check PCB at various stages of assembly for visual defects like wrong mounting, soldering & other workmanship related defects.
Electrically check PCB as per S.O.P.
Repair faulty PCBs/sets based on electronic circuit diagrams.
Check fully assembled sets at pre-final & final electrical testing stage.
Follow ISO procedure in maintaining records etc.
Give feedbacks to Superior about faults.
