JOB DESCRIPTION
Meeting with management to discuss project details, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Understanding vision, mission and objectives of top management.
Preparing weekly reports summarizing project status.
Taking review of existing operating system and procedures.
Finalization of operating procedures.
Communicating with architects, engineers, suppliers, billing team and subcontractors and other construction professionals to ensure that all plans, materials and equipment are ordered in a timely manner to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordination with MEP, structural and MOEF consultants.
Monitoring material inventory levels and ordering additional materials when needed to ensure that construction tasks can be completed on time.
Finalization of project plan and scheduling including quality and safety plan, providing budgets.




Identify prospects for cost savings and process improvements within the organization.
Finalization of method statement and checklist for various activities.
Monitoring quantitive and qualitative progress.
Providing reports on possible bottlenecks in advance.
Providing list of non-compliance.
Providing details of corrective and preventive actions.
Reconciliation
Ensuring successful achievements of deliverables from various PMC agencies deployed at various sites.
