The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting data through various reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making. The role requires solid analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews.
Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets accurately.
Perform data cleaning, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers and reporting formats.
Create and use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and formulas.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical insights.
Coordinate with different departments to obtain required information and resolve data discrepancies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis requirements.

Qualifications
Any Graduate/PG (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA, or MBA equivalent).
Certification in Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.

Experience
1 to 4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or related functions.
