We have an urgent opening for the position of Associate Vice President/Vice President in Retail Sales for leading Asset Management company.

Responsibilities
Ensure growth of business and surpassing periodical targets in terms of funds mobilized/IFAS empanelled/recent investor acquired.
Growth, Expenses Profitability parameters of the channel are executed.
Motivating, coaching, training and managing the sales force.
Devising strategy for future based on the regional typicality of the location.
Maintaining positive relationships with institutions in co-ordination with the institutional marketing team members.
Maintaining valuable relationship with the HNIs and Non-individual distributors.
Conducting investor's meet, agents meeting and organizing participation in Finance fairs etc.
Conducting necessary training/knowledge transfer sessions for the agents to keep them updated on the market and product front.




Ensure compliance of Branch operating norms as dictated by local government/corporate office.
Manage Administrative tasks (e.g. daily log reporting, branch maintenance).
Nurture, motivate guide RMs to deliver against targets/plans.
Ensure prompt of service requests and complaints through coordination with investor services, teams / assistants.
Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company brand.
Demonstrates Leadership and takes active interest in the development of the team.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years in the mutual fund industry
Exposure to large MFDs/BNDs
Post Graduation is mandatory.
