Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator for a non-voice role focused exclusively on offer letter preparation and documentation. This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations and possess a solid eye for detail, accuracy, and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities




Prepare and draft offer letters accurately based on provided inputs
Ensure all offer details (compensation, role, joining details) are error-free
Maintain consistency and formatting standards across all offer documents
Coordinate internally for required information to generate offer letters
Track and maintain records of issued offer letters
Ensure timely delivery of offer letters within defined timelines

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline
1 – 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination / HR operations
Prior experience in drafting or issuing offer letters is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
