8+ years of QA/testing experience with robust SAP functional and integration testing exposure.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP OTC, SD, Finance/FI and P2P/MM-related testing areas.
Good understanding of end-to-end eCommerce-to-SAP process flows involving Shopify, Salesforce OMS, SAP, finance/accounting, procurement, and fulfillment-related integrations.
Ability to validate both accounting and non-accounting flows, including invoice, payment, refund, credit memo, delivery, order status, and reconciliation scenarios.
Solid knowledge of test scenario design, test case creation, test data preparation, regression suite maintenance, and traceability.
Experience using test management tools such as qTest, Xray,



TestRail or Zephyr and defect/task tracking in Jira.
Strong defect reporting skills including clear reproduction steps, evidence, severity, priority, expected/actual results, and business impact.
Experience in retesting, regression testing, integration testing, UAT support, release validation, and production sanity testing.
Ability to coordinate with business users, SAP functional consultants, integration teams, OMS teams, Shopify teams, finance users, procurement users and release teams.
Adaptable to support global stakeholders, deployment windows, cutover activities and post-go-live hypercare.
