Job Description

You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention, developing and executing creative growth strategies, and leading cross-functional efforts to achieve business goals. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify growth prospects, optimize funnel performance, and ensure seamless alignment between strategies and execution. Additionally, you will analyze data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve measurable growth outcomes.

Qualifications
Expertise in Growth Marketing and Customer Acquisition strategies
Strong capabilities in Growth Hacking and leveraging data-driven insights




Proven success in Sales and Business Development to drive growth objectives
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing growth initiatives
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative internal and external partnerships
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 8 - 10 years expereince
Experience in the financial or investment sector is mandatory
Experience: 8–12 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 30 days maximum
