Packaging Development Manager
Location: Boisar
Qualification: Science/Pharmacy Graduate + PG Diploma in Packaging
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of primary & secondary packaging materials and solutions.
Conceptualize packaging, develop prototypes and conduct feasibility, stability, machine & customer trials.
Drive packaging commercialization, process improvement and cost optimization.
Coordinate with QA, QC, RA, Production, SCM, Marketing & Sales for packaging projects.
Manage vendor validation, qualification and packaging material development.
Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, SOPs and packaging documentation.
Track packaging projects and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Lead the packaging development team and manage external labs/institutes for R&D.;
Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks is required.
