Position / Job Title: Project Management

Job objective :
The project manager is sitting in the driver seat of the projects after nominations: accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, project commitments and goals, both internally and aligned with customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities / Tasks (approx. 5)
Leads the project team through each phase of the projects/ECR, main project contact internally after nomination (GR1-GR5)
Identify the project requirements correctly (goals, timeline, customer expectations, limitations and constraints, resource)
Ensures convergence with project objectives:
a) all project tasks and deliverables remain on track and within budget (RD budget, CAPEX, tooling cost, VA/VE)
b) maintain and control schedule, financials, resources, changes
Keeps the balance between the project constraints and deliver customer satisfaction
Identifies,



assesses and resolves risks proactively, manages the escalation process in order to treat critical project risks with appropriate support
Reporting on project status/Gate review

Additional Responsibilities / Tasks (approx. 3)1. Ensure the transfers of acquired knowledge/best practices in the organization
Involve in projects VAVE activities
Requirements

Education: Bachelor/Master degree. Engineering background is preferred

Skilled Experience: PMP certification is preferred

Specialized Knowledge: Understands and utilizes the following tools:
Teamcenter, MS office, Multi Project Board, Customer project management portal
Languages: Local language; fluent in English

Others: Cross functional leadership and communication, problem solving, time management, ability to motivate others, ability to stay calm under pressure
