This position involves working within the MEP Design & Engineering Team at Axium Global's Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team consists of skilled professionals, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers with diverse experience. The senior engineer would require taking on a leadership role with the potential of growing a team reporting to them.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the overall design of HVAC or plumbing & fire protection systems or electrical systems & deliverables, including Concept, Scheme, Design Development, Tender Design / Documentation (including Technical Specification, BOQ, Schedules and Drawings)
Design to current legislation and codes of practice
Ability to design complete distribution systems to current legislation and codes of practice for various types of buildings based on client brief & guidelines
Mentor and assist Junior engineers




Prepared to undergo training in learning recent software if needed
Open to work odd hours if required to meet deadlines
Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback
Understanding codes & standards local to project location and utilizing the latest & industry leading software

Qualification and Experience Required:
BE/BTech/ME/MTech degree in mechanical / civil or electrical engineering related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing for commercial, retail, hospital and residential projects
Valuable communication skills and ability to interact with client on a regular basis
Experience working on US/UK/Australia projects will be an added advantage
