Senior 2D Animation Artist (Creative lead)

What You’ll Work On
Concept & Pre-Planning: Work closely on the concept, visual direction and pre-planning of every project before production begins.
Production Planning: Establish the visual approach, workflow and requirements before artists start execution.
Creative Review: Review work at key stages and provide transparent, actionable feedback.
Visual Consistency: Maintain quality, style and visual consistency across projects.
QC : Oversee quality checks, timelines and final output.
Problem Solving: Handle creative and production-related questions and help the team find practical solutions.

What you'll do:
Work hands-on across animation, character design, backgrounds, and compositing




Guide and review the work of animators, background artists, and freelancers
Help streamline our 2D production pipeline and keep quality consistent
Coordinate deadlines, QC, and final delivery with the team
Contribute ideas for recent creative projects

Must have:
3 years in 2D animation production, with a solid understanding of the full pipeline (storyboard to final edit)
Experience guiding or mentoring a team, even informally
A strong visual eye and attention to detail
Explicit communication
