Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & direct interactions
Counsel students and guide them towards suitable courses
Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records
Convert leads into successful admissions
Build robust relationships with students and parents
Achieve assigned admission targets

Qualification & Requirements
Plus Two / Any Degree
Minimum 1 year experience in a EdTech firm
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Positive convincing and counselling ability
Target-oriented and self-motivated
