Role overview The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their childs learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversation
Key responsibilities
Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
Understand the childs current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven workplace.
Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Work schedule & Requirements
Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement).
Shift timing: US Shift 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift).
Mode: WFO, HSR Layout, Bangalore
Laptop : Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in positive working condition.
