Qualifications




Collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy in invoice processing and timely payment submission
Analyze and reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Process purchase orders, expense reports and other financial transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
Assist in month-end close processes and prepare accruals as needed
Identify prospects for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices
Support annual financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
