Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and perform check runs for vendor payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor files and communication regarding payment inquiries
Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of expenses
Follow up on outstanding invoices and address payment issues
Provide support for audit requests and participate in audit processes
Identify prospects for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
