The Role is :
Responsible for driving growth and market visibility for the Cleaning & Workplace Safety portfolio through solid activation and branding strategies.
Develops and executes marketing plans aligned with regional/global strategies, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and data analytics.
Leads campaign conceptualization, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives to strengthen engagement with end customers, channels, and influencers.
Works closely with cross-functional teams (local, regional, global) to ensure effective execution and alignment.
Drives pricing, profitability, portfolio optimization, and mix improvement through robust commercial acumen.
Focuses on digital marketing, distribution/channel understanding, key account support, and promotional effectiveness.

Candidate Profile
8–10 years of marketing experience, including 5–6 years in trade/channel marketing
Robust experience in campaign execution, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Good understanding of digital marketing and commercial levers (pricing, profitability)
High ownership, creativity, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability
