Senior Payment Follow-up / Receivables ExecutiveExperience: 10+ Years

Job Responsibilities:
Handle B2B payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables with customers.
Regularly coordinate with clients for payment collection and overdue invoices.
Maintain and monitor customer outstanding, ageing and collection reports.
Solid knowledge of Debit/Credit notes, invoices, reconciliations and ledger accounts.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and customers to resolve payment and billing issues.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
Maintain proper records of all follow-ups, commitments and payment status.

Candidate Profile:
10+ years of experience in B2B collections / receivables / payment follow-up.
Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Solid understanding of accounts, debit/credit, ledgers and reconciliation.
Should be persistent, organised and capable of independently handling customer collections.
Experience in manufacturing / B2B companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
