Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and follow-ups.
Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
Verify invoices, bills and expense claims and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and timely filing.
Maintain petty cash records and monitor daily expenses.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in monthly closing.
Coordinate with outlet teams for sales reports, expense statements and supporting documents.
Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
