About the Company :

Pinnacle Blooms Network®, operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (BHCL), is a healthcare organization operating a network of centers and the Pinnacle AI GPT-OS® platform. The organization focuses on child-development and therapy services.

Responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain branch hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and coordinate with caretakers and housekeeping staff.
Coordinate with therapists regarding schedules, session timings, attendance, leave management, and day-to-day concerns.
Handle parent queries and concerns and ensure timely resolution and proper follow-up.
Attend to walk-in parents, explain therapy services and packages, and support lead conversion and admissions.
Conduct visits to doctors, hospitals, preschools, and schools to build referral networks and generate recent leads.
Follow up with enquiries, referrals, and leads regularly and maintain proper records to drive admissions.
Manage parent/child admissions and coordinate with therapists and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in administration,



healthcare operations, branch operations, customer handling, or a similar role.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, therapy centers, schools, or preschools is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle parents/customers, therapists, and support staff.
Comfortable with lead follow-up, referral generation, and basic sales/conversion activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Willingness to make field visits to doctors, hospitals, schools, and preschools for referral generation.
