Shinon Healthcare is looking for a Healthcare Administration Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

nWe are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation

n• Maintain records, files, trackers, and internal databases

n• Handle emails, correspondence, documentation, and routine follow-ups

n• Coordinate with internal teams, hospitals, and external stakeholders

n• Assist with patient-related documentation and administrative requirements

n• Prepare and maintain reports and operational updates

n• Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups

n• Support general administrative and coordination requirements





n• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality across records and documentation

n

n• Valuable verbal and written communication skills

n• Robust organisational and documentation skills

n• Excellent attention to detail

n• Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and digital documentation

n• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

n• Solid follow-up and coordination skills

n• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently

nPreferred Background

nBDS or another medical/healthcare educational background preferred.

nPrior experience in healthcare administration, coordination, documentation, or a similar role will be an advantage.

n

nCompensation: Commensurate with experience
