Job Overview

WebSenor is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of accounting principles, taxation, GST, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
Handle GST calculations, GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor company expenses and maintain proper expense records.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.




Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
Maintain proper documentation and organize financial records.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Knowledge of accounting software and taxation is preferred.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in IT or service-based companies will be preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Solid sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and time management.
