Accountant – Tanjore Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Tanjore Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, GST , documentation, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and receipts.
Handle purchase and sales entries.
Maintain bank transactions and assist with bank reconciliation.
Maintain proper records of accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
Handle and maintain GST-related records and documentation .
Assist with GST returns, reconciliations, and compliance activities .
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory compliance activities.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Assist management with accounting-related reports and information.

Qualifications




B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance / CA (Inter) or related qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial documentation.
Working knowledge of GST and GST compliance is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software .
Good attention to detail and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate
Female candidate preferred.
Candidates with prior experience working in Chartered Accountant (CA) / Audit Firms will be given preference.
Candidates with practical knowledge of GST, GST returns, GST reconciliation, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation are preferred.
Experience in handling accounting and statutory compliance documentation will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software is preferred.
Freshers with robust accounting fundamentals and basic GST knowledge are also welcome to apply.
