About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure smooth and effective operations at our Bangalore warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory within the warehouse.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.
Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and maintain 5S standards.
Coordinate with 3PL partners, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Monitor warehouse productivity, manpower deployment,



and operational KPIs.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Handle warehouse MIS, daily reports, and performance dashboards.
Support stock audits, physical verification, and reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Procurement teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Manage and resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely closure.
