Business Acquisition
Acquire new Government Relationship Accounts and salary relationships from government departments, PSUs, municipal bodies, educational institutions, and other government-linked organizations.
Generate CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) business through government employee salary accounts.
Drive sourcing of liability products and achieve assigned acquisition targets.
Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers in government organizations.
Maintain robust relationships with department heads, drawing & disbursing officers (DDOs), administrative officers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Conduct regular client meetings to identify recent business opportunities.

Competencies

 Understanding of liability products and banking operations.

 Stakeholder management and networking skills.

 Ability to work under target-driven environments.

 Knowledge of government business and salary account acquisition is preferred.
