Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process,
including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Oversee employee performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Develop and maintain a positive work setting and promote company culture
Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent workplace
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
