Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the diagnostic centre and home collection services.
Coordinate with Phlebotomists, Lab Technicians, Telecallers, and other staff.
Monitor daily home collection bookings, sample collections, and reports.
Handle patient/customer queries and ensure timely service.
Maintain attendance, staff schedules, records, and basic administrative documentation.
Coordinate with the central laboratory, accounts, and management teams.
Monitor inventory, consumables, and other centre requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and track pending activities.

Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree; healthcare/administration experience preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Healthcare, or Home Collection operations.
Positive communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to handle multiple operational activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
