Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with robust knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP
Prepare and maintain books of accounts , ledgers, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank balances




Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel
Assist in GST compliance : returns, reconciliations, and filings
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls
Coordinate with project teams for expense tracking and cost allocation
Assist in statutory audits and respond to auditor queries

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or equivalent
1-3years of relevant accounting experience (EPC/Infrastructure preferred)
Proficiency in Tally ERP
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Positive attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Mandatory to travel other states based on project coordination submissions
