Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the complete student admission process.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve admission targets.
Handle parent enquiries, counselling, school visits, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Principal, academic team, and management regarding admissions.
Maintain admission records, databases, and reports.
Build solid relationships with parents and prospective students.
Conduct and oversee admission counselling and interaction sessions.
Monitor competitor schools and market trends.
Train and guide the admissions/counselling team.
Ensure a smooth and positive parent experience throughout the admission process.

Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in any relevant discipline.
5+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, business development, or a related role.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
Positive knowledge of the school education sector.
Target-oriented and strong leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and admission/CRM systems.
Candidates with experience in reputed schools or education groups will be preferred.
