Role & Responsibilities

Build and maintain pipelines for niche AI specializations: NLP, computer vision, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and agent architectures.
Leverage AI-powered ATS tools and Boolean search to identify passive candidates and reduce time-to-hire.
Collaborate with hiring managers to craft role-specific evaluation frameworks and interview playbooks tailored for AI roles.
