Quantean is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Admission Officer to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include reviewing and processing applications, evaluating applicants based on pre-established criteria, communicating with prospective students and their families, and assisting with the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, robust organizational abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Manage all aspects of the admissions process for Quantean, including reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and making admissions decisions
Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure a smooth admissions process for prospective students
Serve as the main point of contact for potential students and their families,



addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions to continually improve processes
Utilize data and analytics to track and analyze admissions trends and make data-driven decisions
Participate in recruitment events, both on and off campus, to promote Quantean and attract potential students
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all applicants and admissions decisions
Provide support and guidance to students throughout the admissions process to ensure a positive experience
Uphold Quantean’s values and mission in all interactions and decisions related to admissions.
