Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Analytical Development Laboratory activities.
Develop, validate and verify analytical methods for specialty chemical products.
Handle advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, GCMS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, NMR, XRD, XRF, etc.
Conduct impurity profiling, trace-level (ppm/ppb), raw material, in-process and finished product analysis.
Manage stability studies and analytical documentation including specifications, COA and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, FDA, EMA and ICH requirements.
Troubleshoot analytical issues and support plant/customer-related technical queries.
Coordinate with R&D;, QA, QC and Production teams.
Lead team members and drive quality improvement and process optimization.
