Supervise and coordinate security guards at the assigned site.
Ensure proper deployment and attendance of security personnel.
Conduct regular rounds and monitor the security of the premises.
Check entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.
Maintain security registers, occurrence books and other site records.
Ensure guards follow company and client security procedures.
Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or security incident.
Handle emergency situations and immediately inform the Field Officer/Operations Manager.
Conduct briefing and duty allocation for security personnel.
Coordinate with the client representative regarding daily security requirements.
Check uniform, grooming, discipline and punctuality of security staff.
Prepare and submit daily reports, incident reports and attendance details.
Ensure proper handover and takeover of duties between shifts.
Support the Field Officer in maintaining overall site security standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Iyyappanthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
