Role Summary

The Apprentice Associate III will support underwriting operations by performing policy servicing, risk review support, data validation, and process-oriented underwriting activities. The role offers an prospect to gain foundational knowledge of Property Casualty (PC) Insurance while working in a rapid-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities
Support underwriting operational processes and related transactions.
Review and validate customer, policy, and risk information for accuracy and completeness.
Perform data entry, documentation review, and policy-related support activities.
Follow established underwriting guidelines, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements.
Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
Collaborate effectively with team members, trainers, and leaders to resolve operational queries.




Participate in training and capability-building activities to enhance business and insurance knowledge.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency efforts.
