We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to support business applications and assist users with day-to-day operational issues. The candidate should have a basic understanding of Java and a strong willingness to learn application support processes, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for business applications.
Log, track, and follow up on user-reported issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when required.
Monitor application availability and report incidents.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
Coordinate with development teams for issue resolution.
Support routine maintenance and data validation activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Java programming.
Understanding of SQL and databases.
Familiarity with Windows and web-based applications.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
