Handling a team of Fitters, contract workmen, outsourced jobs & AMC personnel.
Report generation as per the group standards Maintenance planning and manpower.
Performance Management of the subordinates:-Target / Goal setting, Appraisals, Feedback as per the objectives set for the department.

Educational Qualification
The ideal candidate should preferably Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mech.





Experience
He should have worked in the field of Mechanical Maintenance of a Continuous Process Industry preferably Cement industries
Minimum 3 – 5 years of Experience (Mechanical)
