Key Responsibilities
Support in evaluation of current business prospects.
Prepare financial feasibility models covering CAPEX, revenues, costs, cash flows and perform IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback, break-even, sensitivity, and scenario analysis.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and Fls for project and construction finance.
Assist in JV, PE, strategic partnership, and management contract evaluations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and performance tracking against return benchmarks.
Review commercial contracts (leases, revenue share, hotel management agreements, club memberships etc.).
Support audits, lender compliance, and internal governance processes.
Prepare investment notes and management presentations.
